Medical Exam and Records Review
Our process begins with a detailed medical clearance exam (MCE) and records review. The cost is $250 and is applied toward the cost of your first infusion if received within 45 days of the MCE.

Insurance Info
Currently insurance does not cover our cutting edge neuroscience approach to pain and mental health care. Our team is happy to provide an itemized statement for you to file with your insurance for any out-of-network reimbursement your specific plan may allow. You can use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) funds. Please consult with your FSA or HSA provider for specific details about your individual plan.
